An integrated system of specialised services devoted to supporting business start-ups and their development during the first years of activity
BIC Genova and BIC Savona are FILSE's business incubators strategically located in Genova Campi, at the entrance of Robot Valley in Valpolcevera, and in the port area of Savona. BIC Genova is the first and only public business incubator in Liguria certified by the Ministry of Business and Made in Italy.
Strengthened by the integrated system of specialised services, FILSE's Business Innovation Centers (BICs) are designed to guide and support the launch and development of innovative businesses in the first years of their activity. True points of reference for territorial development, they promote the creation and growth of small and medium-sized enterprises, a valuable contribution to create new employment opportunities.
Prominent infrastructures in the innovative ecosystem of the Liguria Region, the BICs facilitate connection and collaboration among companies and the leading players in public and private innovation. Thanks to collaboration agreements with famous institutions such as the University of Genoa, IIT—Italian Institute of Technology, and SIIT, FILSE is able to actively support the creation and development of innovative startups and spin-offs.
BIC incubators simplify the critical business start-up phase, acting as real laboratories. They provide well-equipped and dedicated spaces to start new businesses and co-working areas to facilitate the networking of ideas. FILSE's Business Creation sector specialists work alongside startups and innovative SMEs, promoting specialised consultancy and assistance services, training opportunities, dedicated finance tools, and support for developing commercial and industrial relations in Italy and abroad.
The two Business Incubator Centers are integral parts of the prestigious European business network of EBN (European Business Network) and the national network Sistema Invitalia Startup. FILSE is a member of the EIC Ecosystem Partnerships and Co-Investment Support, promoted by EIC—The European Innovation Council.
