Located in the area of the old dock, BIC Savona was built with the funds provided by laws 236/93 and 67/88 through the functional recovery of the former OMSAV management building in the port area. The FILSE Incubator represents an important tool for enhancing and supporting entrepreneurial initiatives in Savona and western Liguria. Here, aspiring entrepreneurs can take advantage of a co-working space to study and test their business idea. The centre provides users with equipped workstations and consultancy services related to business plans. .
